Duties & Responsibilities

As a core production team member, your daily tasks will include:

• Expert Handling: Filleting and cutting Redfish with care and precision.
• Line Support: Keeping the production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
• Hygiene & Standards: Cleaning machines, maintaining a tidy workspace, and following strict HACCP food safety rules.
• Teamwork: Taking on other related production tasks to assist your colleagues.

The starting salary for the role €15.50/h gross with room to grow as you gain more experience. The job also offers comfortable housing facilities are fully available for you along with free transportation is provided to and from the work location.

Requirements

• Language: Basic English communication skills.
• Experience: Prior experience working with a filleting knife is mandatory.
• Qualities: Reliable, physically fit, and a naturally hard worker.
• The Environment: You will be working in cool temperatures to keep the fish fresh.
• The Atmosphere: Since the facility processes fresh seafood, there is a noticeable smell of fish in the working environment.
• Safety First: Strict safety and hygiene clothing/rules must be worn and followed at all times.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
