Our client is a top specialist in high-quality cardboard packaging solutions. They design and manufacture the strategic packaging layers that get products from the factory straight to the supermarket shelves in perfect condition. They are a major supplier for the greenhouse industry (making sturdy trays for items like tomatoes, peppers, and strawberries), produce custom shipping boxes for online orders, and create eye-catching supermarket display boxes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Forklift Chauffeur, you will play a central role in keeping the production and distribution lines moving smoothly:

• Line Control: Oversee and control the material flow along the process lines.
• Problem Solving: Actively intervene and resolve minor technical disruptions or blockages to prevent delays.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain a strict commitment to workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Maintenance: Keep your tools, equipment, and immediate working environment clean, organized, and safe.

The salary for the role is €15.00 gross per hour.

Great Overtime & Shift Allowances:

• • Saturdays: Paid at 125% of your hourly rate.
  • Evening Work (after 18:00): Paid at 104%.
  • Overtime: Working more than 40 hours per week is paid at 108%.

The role also comes with full care & logistics support, meaning housing, organised free transporation to and from work.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: A basic command of the English language.
• Experience: Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is a major plus.
• Attitude: A reliable, dedicated, and hard-working approach to your daily tasks.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a busy production environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work alternating shifts (morning and evening) and take on extra hours or Saturday shifts when needed.
