Join the logistics team at Hema BV in Utrecht and help supply stores across the Netherlands. As an Order Picker, you’ll combine warehouse tasks with operating a reachtruck to ensure goods move safely and efficiently.

Position:

Order picker / Reachtruck Driver

Responsibilities:

• Picking orders for Hema stores
• Loading and unloading goods using a reachtruck
• Driving the reachtruck to distribute goods on time
• Ensuring safe operations according to warehouse regulations

The salary for this role is €14.93 gross/hour for a workweek of 38 hours per week. In addition to the salary, employees also receive an 8.33% holiday allowance and 10.92% reserved vacation hours. Work takes place in a two-shift system: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

There are also overtime and weekend bonuses:

• 125% after 10 hours/day
• 150% (Mon–Sat, 22:00–07:00 + Sundays)
• 200% on public holidays

Requirements:

• Valid Dutch reachtruck certificate
• Communicative level of English or Dutch
• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift schedule
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable
• A team player with attention to detail and accountability
