Our client, Geelen Beton Posterholt B.V., is looking for two production workers specialising in concrete floor construction. The company focuses on developing and producing high-quality concrete elements for various building projects across the Netherlands.

Job Description:

The candidate's primary responsibility will be assembling concrete reinforcing bars (foam-based) according to technical drawings. The role will also include:

• Pouring concrete using machinery on the production line.
• Performing finishing tasks, such as trimming and smoothing concrete edges.
• Maintaining a clean and organized production area.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience is required, but previous experience in physical labor is a plus.
• Language proficiency in English (B1), German, or Dutch.
• At least one team member must possess a valid driver's license. Drivers will receive a €2.50 daily allowance for transporting colleagues.
• Availability for long-term employment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system in the future.

The salary for this role is €14.95., with full-time 40 hours-per-week employment in a positive work environment.
