As a Powder Coater, you'll be prepping, hanging, and finishing parts with precision and care, always ensuring exceptional quality. You’ll be part of a friendly and international team at their Veghel facility, contributing to cutting-edge technology and world-class service.

As a Powder Coater, your tasks will include:

• Preparing the coating line for production
• Hanging small parts on the coating line
• Removing coated parts post-processing
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Reporting completed tasks to your site and line managers
• Adhering to safety protocols
• Using a powder painting pistol to manually coat corners unreachable by automated systems

Requirements

Personal Traits:

• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Works well independently and in a team
• Physically fit for active tasks
• Flexible with work hours and responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferably an MBO degree in mechatronics, installation technology, or assembly
• 3 years of experience in a similar role (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Must be able to obtain a Declaration of No Objection (DNO)

What’s Offered

• Competitive gross hourly wage: €14.75 – €19.47
• Wage includes 10.5% holiday allowance and irregular holiday hours
• Weekly payment
• Stable, full-time job (40 hours/week)
• Work schedule: Day shift or 2-shift rotation
• Shift and overtime bonuses:
  • 120% pay for 2-shift work
  • 130% pay for the first 2 overtime hours
  • 160% pay for overtime beyond 2 hours and Saturdays
• Potential for a direct contract with Vanderlande
• Working Hours You’ll work in either a day shift or 2-shift rotation.
