We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Order Picker to join a cold storage warehouse facility handling salads and food products. Please note that you will be working in a cold storage environment with a temperature of -18°C.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders efficiently within a cold storage warehouse environment.
• Handling food products and fresh salads according to order specifications.
• Checking goods upon receipt and preparation to ensure correct quantities and product integrity.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily order-fulfillment targets.

The work schedule is from Mondy to Friday from 07:00 – 15:00 / 16:00

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar position is welcome, but a strong work ethic and readiness are key.
• Physical Readiness: Able and willing to work in a -18°C cold storage environment.
• Logistics: Comfortable with cycling to work daily (approx. 2–3 km distance).
• Mindset: Proactive, reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Work ethic: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and workplace safety.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room with others and work in different shifts with your partner
