A dynamic and young online supermarket that delivers groceries to customers using an easy-to-use app is looking for motivated Order Pickers to join the team in Zwolle.

The Role and Responsibilities

Job Description:

• • Work every day to prepare groceries for hundreds of customers.
  • Pick a wide range of products, from coffee beans to water bottles, using a pick cart and scanner.
  • Collect and pack groceries in the warehouse using a handheld scanner.
  • Restock shelves and monitor product quality.
  • Safely load and unload trucks.
  • The role is fast-paced and can be physically demanding, involving lifting and moving products (up to 20 kg), standing for long periods, and walking 10 to 15 kilometers.
  • Work involves different departments, including ambient (room temperature) and chilled/frozen areas.

The salary for the role is €14.49 per hour (gross), with the stable weekly workload being between 38 to 40 hours. Workdays are Monday through Sunday with two shifts: Early shift (06:00 – 15:00) and late shift (15:00 – 00:00).

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically able to handle a fast-paced environment. This includes standing for long periods, walking 10 to 15 kilometers daily, and lifting and moving products up to 20 kg.
• Attitude: A positive working attitude is essential, along with reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
• Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
• Legal: Must be able to provide a clean criminal record within 2 weeks of starting work.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
