Hessing BV, with over 50 years of experience in fruit and vegetable processing, is looking for motivated machine operators. Join their growing team in a stable work environment.

Job Description:

As a machine operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor production lines.
• Set up machines, check performance, and make adjustments when needed.
• Assemble, convert, and ensure proper functioning of machinery.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks.

The salary for the job is €15.25/hour with additional shift allowances (Monday–Saturday, 19:00–00:00 → 125%, Monday–Saturday, 00:00–06:00 → 145%, Sunday → 200%).This role requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and readiness to work in a cold, humid production environment.

Work takes place in three shifts (05:00–14:00, 14:00–22:30, 22:00–06:00).while weekly work hours will vary between 37.5 h (5 days) and 55 h (6 days).

Accommodation is also provided near the workplace, within biking distance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a machine operator (mandatory).
• Willingness to work in a cool, humid environment.
• Ability to follow strict hygiene and safety rules (no jewellery, piercings, dreadlocks; hair, beard, and moustache must be covered).
• Physically fit to handle occasional lifting of crates.
• Motivated for long-term employment.
