Our client, CleanLease, is looking for laundry production workers to join their team in Eindhoven, Gemert, or Ooij, the Netherlands!

CleanLease is a Dutch company that cleans and rents high-quality textiles. With over 100 years of experience, they provide services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and holiday parks in the Netherlands and Belgium. They focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability, always improving their services and working to reduce their carbon footprint.

Main Responsibilities

• Sort laundry before washing;
• Operate machines that fold and iron textiles;
• Hang clothes correctly so machines can iron them properly;
• Pack clean laundry for delivery;
• Check and remove personal belongings from laundry, returning them to the supervisor;
• Ensure machines are loaded with the correct weight of laundry;
• Report any issues to avoid production delays;
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by the manager.

The starting salary for this position depends on your age. If you are 21 years or older, you will earn €14.06 gross per hour, which increases to €14.83 per hour after 6 months. If you are 20 years old, your hourly wage is €11.25, and if you are 19 years old, you will earn €8.44 gross per hour.

This is a full-time job (36 hours per week). You will also receive a 10.5% holiday allowance and a 5.33% end-of-year bonus, following the Collective Labor Agreement for Textile Care.

If you work evening or night shifts, you will get a 22.5% shift allowance between 19:00 and 20:00 and 45% between 20:00 and 06:00.
