We are looking for a reliable Forklift Driver for our client in Nieuwaal. Your workplace will be the processing hall, where chrysanthemum cuttings are stored, prepared, and moved. The processing hall consists of a regular-temperature area and a cooled area of approximately 10°C, with suitable work clothing provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Remove pallets and products from the conveyor belt using a forklift.
• Prepare orders using a forklift.
• Move pallets safely and efficiently within the processing hall.
• Apply the correct labels to the correct pallets.
• Collect and stack empty pallets using the forklift.
• Ensure pallets and orders are placed in the correct locations.
• Keep the working area clean, organized, and safe.

At least 40 hours of work per week available. The schedule is usually approximately 06:00 – 15:00, though working days may vary depending on workload, requiring flexibility regarding starting and finishing times.

Salary and Financial Conditions

This is a stable position in a modern logistics environment with suitable work clothing provided for the cooled area.

Requirements

• Forklift Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical forklift driving experience is required (a certificate alone is not sufficient; you must be confident operating a forklift independently and safely).
• Forklift Certificate: A valid forklift certificate is strongly preferred.
• Background: Experience in logistics, warehouses, or production is an advantage.
• Personal Traits: Accurate worker with attention to correct orders and labels, reliable, and flexible.
• Physical & Environmental: Comfortable working part of the day in a cooled area at approximately 10°C.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room with tenants and work in different shifts with partner if applicable.
