The client is urgently looking for motivated Production Employees for several places across the Netherlands, operating in diverse production environments including carpet manufacturing, packaging, and metal processing. We seek reliable, hardworking, and flexible candidates willing to perform various production tasks.

Available Production Positions & Tasks

• Carpet Production: Assisting in the manufacturing of carpets and mats, operating production equipment, and handling materials.
• Packaging: Packing products, preparing orders, checking product quality, and supporting the packaging process.
• Metal Hanging: Preparing metal components for powder coating and hanging metal parts onto production lines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Performing various production activities depending on the assigned company.
• Operating or assisting with production equipment and handling, preparing, and processing materials.
• Checking finished products for quality standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.
• Following safety regulations and keeping the workplace clean and organized.

The starting minimum wage may reach €16.50, meaning that the estimated net weekly earnings are between €450 and €550 (after standard deductions for housing and health insurance).

Flexible day-shift or multi-shift positions suited to your experience and availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working in a production environment is mandatory;
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of performing production work, standing for long periods, and handling repetitive tasks.
• Work Ethic & Flexibility: Motivated, reliable, hardworking, and flexible with willingness to work in different shift systems and take on various production activities.
• Teamwork: Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
