Join our client, a leading Dutch wholesaler providing a national network of delivery centers for the catering and institutional markets. Through a strategic partnership with Heineken, the client also exclusively distributes cask beers across the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare picked products for shipment and transport.
• Sort and scan products to ensure accuracy.
• Load products onto trucks for delivery.
• Work in temperature-controlled environments, including fresh (+5°C to +10°C) and freezer (-18°C to -28°C) departments.

The base salary for this role is €14.98 gross per hour with a 8% holiday allowance paid weekly.

Additional Allowances

• • Fresh Allowance (+5°C to +10°C): +€0.51/hour.
  • Freezer Allowance (-18°C to -28°C): +€1.24/hour.

Note: Freezer work includes a mandatory 15-minute pause every hour.

• Shifts:
  • Deventer: Monday – Friday, 21:00 – 07:00.
  • Vianen: Sunday – Thursday, 22:00 – 07:00.

Shift Bonuses

• Monday – Friday (19:00-22:00): +25%
• Monday – Friday (22:00-05:00): +50%
• Saturday (00:00-14:00): +50%
• Saturday (14:00-19:00): +75%
• Saturday (19:00-24:00): +100%
• Sunday: +100%

Safety shoes with steel toes are required; the company can provide these and specific freezer/fresh department clothing.

Requirements

• Physical Strength: The role involves physically demanding work that requires significant physical strength.
• Perseverance: Candidates must demonstrate perseverance to handle the workload and environment.
• Safety Gear: Safety shoes with a steel nose are mandatory (can be personal or provided by the company).
