The client was founded in 2013 in Tilburg and has developed into a major 3PL logistics provider across multiple locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. They operate high-volume logistics hubs with strong standards for safety, efficiency, and accurate shipment processing.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks using EPT (electric pallet truck) equipment and forklifts.
• Scanning, sorting, and checking incoming and outgoing goods.
• Performing quality checks and ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time in a fast-paced crossdock environment.

Shift Time: 21:00 – 06:00

In addition to the gross hourly wage,

Shift & Weekend Allowances:

• • Monday – Saturday (18:00 – 00:00): +20%
  • Monday – Saturday (00:00 – 06:00): +40%
  • Sundays: +50%

Overtime (Above 40 hours/week):

• • Monday – Saturday: +30%
  • Sunday: +50%

Transportation to Work is Free of charge.

If accommodation is within 15 km of work, bicycles or electric bicycles are allocated.

If accommodation is further than 15 km, employees commute via company car. Candidates with a valid driving license may be asked to drive. Drivers receive free fuel for up to 40 km per week for personal use, while fuel, repairs, and insurance are fully covered.

Work Clothing / Safety Gear: Safety shoes with a steel toe cap are mandatory (bring your own or obtain them through the company).

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling active, fast-paced physical work in a busy crossdock environment.
• Flexibility & Mentality: Reliable, motivated work ethic suited to night shift schedules and warehouse operations.
• Driving License: A valid driver's license is preferred, as some candidates may be asked to drive the company transport vehicles.
• Safety & Gear Compliance: Willingness to wear steel-toed safety shoes (bring your own or obtain them through the company).
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to work in different shifts with a partner and willing to share a room with others.
