CNC Turner - setter (with own car) (€650 net per week) Groenlo, in Olanda

As a CNC Turner/Setter at HFI, you will independently perform high-precision machining tasks using advanced Nakamura and Doosan Puma turning machines. Depending on your level of experience, you may start as an operator and develop further on the job. HFI is currently transitioning from traditional FANUC programming to external programming with CAD/CAM systems, offering a modern, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating and setting CNC lathes for machining parts ranging from Ø 20 mm to Ø 200 mm
• Producing both small and large series of mechanical components
• Performing quality checks using manual measuring tools
• Optimizing existing production processes
• Keeping up to date with the latest machining techniques and tooling
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Contributing ideas for process and quality improvements

Requirements

• A completed technical education (e.g., in machining or mechanical engineering) and/or relevant experience in machining (at least 2 years)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with FANUC and/or TopSolid is an advantage
• You are precise, eager to learn, and a strong team player
• Own car
