Are you an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in the Netherlands?

We are looking for a skilled CNC professional to join a company specializing in metal machining. The main preference is for candidates with strong CNC drilling experience, but experienced CNC turners or millers with solid programming skills are also welcome.

Your responsibilities

• Operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines
• Selecting and setting the correct tools
• Working with Siemens and/or Heidenhain control systems
• Machining metal components according to technical drawings
• Working with large components and products over 1 metre
• Producing mainly single pieces and low-volume series
• Measuring and checking finished components to ensure high-quality results
• Independently identifying and solving machining or production issues

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer
• Strong CNC programming skills
• Experience with Siemens and/or Heidenhain
• CNC drilling experience is strongly preferred
• Turning and/or milling experience is an advantage
• Experience with single-piece or low-volume production
• Experience machining large components over 1 metre
• Good ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Accurate, independent, and reliable working style

• €650–€700 net per week based on 40 hours, before health insurance deduction
