Are you a skilled technician looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a highly advanced technology company based in Son is looking for reinforcements!
This is not a standard, repetitive assembly job. You will be working in a sophisticated, state-of-the-art department handling complex system assembly and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA). We are looking for focused, technically-minded professionals who take pride in precision and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Perform manual, high-level assembly of complex electronic and mechanical systems using various hand tools.
- Technical Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow intricate technical drawings and schematics with flawless accuracy.
- Component Soldering: Execute precise soldering and component placement on PCBAs.
- Quality & Detail: Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure all advanced products meet premium quality standards.
The role offers a highly competitive starting wage of €16.83 gross per hour, with scales reaching up to €19.14 depending on your technical expertise.There are also extra compensation for overtime and shift rotations.

This is a long-term position with a distinct possibility of transitioning into a direct contract with Prodrive.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Strong, proven professional experience in manual assembly or technical production environments. A stable employment history with good previous job tenure is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with assembly tools, basic soldering skills, and the ability to read technical blueprints.
- Language: A solid communicative command of the English language (B1 level or higher).
- Demographics & Nationalities: Open to all nationalities. Candidates should ideally be between 21 and 45 years old.
- Mobility: A valid category B driver's license is required to maximize accommodation options.
- Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
- Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
Application & Onboarding Process
