Royaal Buiten is a Dutch company specializing in the design and construction of exclusive, custom-made outdoor living spaces. Based in Boekel, North Brabant, it operates in the high-end private market. Projects include verandas, garden rooms, canopies, guest houses, pool houses, and barn-style outbuildings. Every project is fully tailored to the client’s wishes, with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and aesthetics.

As an Assembly Technician at Royaal Buiten, you will work with a skilled and enthusiastic team to build high-quality outdoor living spaces for private clients.

Main tasks include:

• Assembling wooden structures (verandas, barn-style outbuildings, garden rooms, etc.)
• Sawing, sealing, finishing, and installing components on-site
• Reading and following technical drawings
• Identifying deviations and solving practical challenges on location
• Working neatly and professionally in the gardens of private clients.

Requirements

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Handy with tools and equipment
• Technically and spatially skilled
• Detail-oriented, precise, and reliable
• Team player who can also work independently
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• Experience with wood preferred
• Organizational skills for managing inventory and workflows
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks (lifting, moving, packing)
• Well-mannered and presentable appearance for working in private homes
• Reliability and punctuality

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 (one shift); any Saturday overtime by agreement
• Workplace: On-site at client’s homes (outdoors)
• Work impact: Heavy (good physical fitness required)
• Clothing: Work shoes (€30 contribution)
• Training: Not required (on-the-job learning possible)
