Our partner from the Netherlands is looking for teams of experienced air duct mechanics and assistants/helpers.

As an Air Duct Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the construction industry, responsible for installing air ducts for mechanical ventilation systems in non-residential buildings. Your tasks will involve a mix of technical skills, collaboration, and on-site organization.

Responsibilities:

• Install air ducts based on construction drawings.
• Collaborate with other teams and disciplines on-site.
• Report directly to the project leader.
• Supervise and guide apprentice mechanics.
• Stock necessary parts at the workplace.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks both on paper and digitally.

Requirements:

For the Mechanic's role:

• At least 2 years of experience as an air duct mechanic (for the Mechanic role).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• A proactive and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High level of independence and accuracy in work.
• Healthy work ethic and ability to handle pressure.

For the Assistant's role:

• Experience is not mandatory for the Assistant role.
• Will work under the guidance of the Mechanic and support daily tasks.

Salary details:

• Mechanic: €16 gross/hour (~€450-550 net per week).
• Assistant: €14.50 gross/hour (~€400-450 net per week).

Additional information:

• Teams of two (one Mechanic and one Assistant) should apply together, single applications accepted only for the Mechanic's role.
• At least one team member must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive.
