Join our cleint in Heerlen, a modern distribution center that powers over 400 JD Sports stores across Europe. You will be handling top global brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and The North Face in a climate-controlled environment maintained at a comfortable 18–24°C.

Your Responsibilities

You will be assigned to a department based on operational needs, which may include:

• Manual Warehouse Tasks: Order picking with a scanner, packing/unpacking, sorting goods, and processing returns.
• Logistics Support: Loading/unloading products and quality control.
• Equipment Operation: Potential to operate EPT, RT, HLOP, or VNA machinery.
• Automation Department: Working at a fixed station where products are delivered to you automatically (Note: noise levels are higher in this area).

Note that the salary for this role is €15.89 gross (includes a €14.71 base + 8% holiday allowance).

There are also generous shift allowances:

• • 19:00–21:00: +25% (€18.39/h).
  • 21:00–00:00: +35% (€19.86/h).
  • 00:00–06:00: +45% (€21.33/h).
  • Saturday: +50% | Sunday: +100%.

Paid Leave: Minimum 20 vacation days per year (pro rata).

There's organised transport to and from work, and drivers earn an extra €2.50/day.

The company operates on a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 15:00.
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 00:00.

Please note: Working during Christmas, New Year, and Easter is mandatory.

Requirements

• Language: Communicative level of English (a short test is required).
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (criminal record check) is mandatory before arrival.
• Commitment: Willingness to work on a long-term basis.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner

Important Information

• Dress Code: You must wear neutral, non-branded clothing. Wearing brands sold in the warehouse (Nike, Adidas, etc.) is strictly forbidden on the floor.
• Equipment: Safety shoes and vests are provided for you.
• Payments: Salaries are paid weekly, with the first payment arriving at the end of your second working week. No salary advances are available.
• Picture: A picture of the employee before arrival to be able to issue a badge. White background as for a passport.
