Our client is an international, family-owned company based in Waddinxveen, specializing in year-round supply of fresh fruits and vegetables. With its own distribution center, ripening chambers, and packaging lines, the business ensures top-quality products delivered efficiently to customers worldwide.

Job Description

• As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
• Packing fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards.
• Checking product quality to ensure freshness and lack of damage.
• Labeling products with weight and expiration dates.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized.
• Assisting with loading and unloading goods.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.

The salary for the role is €14.40 gross/hour with additional benefits.Work takes place in two shifts (first: 06:30 – 17:00/18:00, second: 09:00 – 19:00/20:00). Transportation to work is free, with bicycles provided. Drivers receive company-paid fuel, repairs, and insurance.

Requirements

• Willingness to work physically at 12°C.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts.
• Driving license is a plus (drivers may be needed).
• Previous experience as an order picker or similar logistics role is preferred.
