As a MIG/MAG Welder / Steel Fabricator, you will work in the production environment assembling and welding steel structures used in modular housing units.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling and welding structural steel components based on technical drawings
• Performing high-quality MIG/MAG welding (process 135)
• Working with steel profiles such as beams, tubes, and plates
• Ensuring correct fit-up and alignment before welding
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Following safety, quality, and fabrication standards
• Operating workshop equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts
• Collaborating with colleagues on larger and complex assemblies

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIG/MAG construction welding (process 135)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy work
• Team-oriented, social, and reliable attitude
• Willing to work long-term in the Netherlands
• VCA certificate is preferred (training provided after 3 months if needed)

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00
• No shift work
• Production environment
• Suitable for both men and women

Salary & Benefits

• Gross hourly salary: €18.81 – €23.55
• Additional 8% ATV allowance
• Starting net salary: approx. €600 per week

Contract & Onboarding

• Start with a temporary contract
• Strong possibility of permanent employment or takeover by the company
• First-day onboarding includes:

  • Trial working hours to assess mutual fit
