Our client specializes in producing hat girders, plate girders, and castellated girders—steel structures that serve as critical supports for floor slabs and roofs in buildings. These girders are also used in bridges, water barriers, and even art installations.

The workshop is equipped with advanced CNC machinery, cutting benches, and a certified fully automatic welding line. Welders and assemblers, however, focus on manual processes: heavy steel plate assembly, welding, and precision construction work. Thanks to large steel stock, projects can start quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for a skilled Welder / Assembler to join the workshop team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing MAG 135 welding on heavy steel plates
• Working in PA/PB welding positions (manual welding)
• Handling single piece work and small serial productions
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and WPS documents
• Performing fillet welds PB multi-layer (3 layers on 15mm plate)
• Carrying out V-seam PA (PF) on 12mm plate

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with MAG 135 process (manual welding)
• Ability to read drawings and welding symbols
• Skilled in multilayer welding (12–15mm height buildup)
• A valid welding certificate EN ISO 9606-1 (e.g., 135 P FW FM1 S t10 PB ML) with 6-month stamps

***Note: If you are highly skilled but lack a valid certificate, you can still start after successfully passing a test at our Test & Training Center. In such cases, a new certificate can be arranged after a few weeks.

Working Conditions

• Salary: €600 net per week (40h)
