We are looking for skilled handymen to join our team for a modular housing project in Germany or the Netherlands. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in various construction tasks who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work environment.

In this role, your main tasks will be:

• Handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the construction, installation, and maintenance of modular homes;
• Removing debris, leveling the ground, and preparing the foundation area;
• Assisting with setting up temporary utilities like water, electricity, and sanitation facilities;
• Helping with the installation of concrete slabs, piers, or crawl spaces that support the modular home;
• Assisting with wiring, installing outlets, light fixtures, and ensuring that all electrical components are functioning properly;
• Full compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this position,
• At least 1 year of relevant experience,
• Private car,
• VCA certificate or ability to pass the test will be mandatory,
• Serious and motivated,
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities,
• Able to stay and work abroad at least 6 months.

Company offers:

• weekly paid salary, €2048 net per month,
• 40 hors per week (sometimes possibility to work overtime),
