Your Role:

As our sushi chef, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing fresh sushi and fish-based dishes with precision
• Maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Note that the restaurant is planning to make immediate hires for this long-term position. The workload is ~38 hours per week with varying shifts. The salary for the sushi chef position is €17,47 gross/hour (including benefits)

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience making sushi professionally
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Motivated to work and stay long-term in the Netherlands
