We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner / Programmer to join a professional machining company.

You will produce small and medium-sized series of precision components for various technical applications. The company works with modern CNC lathes and machining centers with Fanuc controls, and you will be involved in the complete machining process – from adjusting programs and choosing the right machining strategy to setting up and operating the machines.

You will work with different materials, including steel, aluminum and plastic, producing components according to technical drawings with tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm.

Your responsibilities

• Setting up, changing over and operating CNC lathes and machining centers
• Adjusting CNC programs and determining the correct machining strategy
• Working with Fanuc controls
• Working on 2-axis and multi-axis CNC machines
• Selecting, setting and checking the correct tools
• Creating the correct clamping setup for different products
• Machining steel, aluminum, plastic and other materials
• Reading and working according to technical drawings
• Measuring and inspecting finished components
• Working accurately with tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm
• Ensuring consistent quality throughout the machining process

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant recent experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Machinist
• Experience independently setting up and changing over CNC machines
• Knowledge of or practical experience with Fanuc controls
• Ability to adjust CNC programs
• Good understanding of machining strategies, tooling and clamping
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Able to work accurately with tight tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm
• Independent and quality-focused working attitude
• Comfortable working as part of a technical production team

What we offer

• €19.50–€21.00 gross per hour, depending on experience
• Approximately €600–€650 net per week
