Our client, Center Parcs, is looking for cleaning employees to join their team in various locations! You play a crucial role in creating a flawless and welcoming environment. Your dedication ensures that every guest feels right at home and can make unforgettable memories.

Center Parcs Netherlands B.V. is part of a leading European holiday park chain, offering nature-based getaways across the Netherlands. Known for family-friendly accommodations, the parks feature activities like water parks, sports, and entertainment, all set in scenic environments. Center Parcs focuses on sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives, making it a popular choice for both local and international visitors seeking relaxing nature retreats.

Main Responsibilities

• You ensure the immaculate cleaning of holiday accommodations, from deep cleaning to the final touch
• Clean the central areas: restaurant, swimming pool, and surrounding areas.
• You contribute to a positive guest experience by always presenting the accommodations in top condition.
• You work efficiently and accurately, so that the accommodations are ready on time for new arrivals.
• You help guarantee the organization's high-quality standards, so that guests return time and time again

Employment Conditions

• You work 5 to 6 days a week.
• Expected fixed working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
• 32 hours per week guaranteed.
• Work is available year-round. No holiday days for Christmas and New Year's.You can take vacation days outside these times)
• Staff passes: enjoy swimming, bowling, mini-golf, and other park activities. You can request a pass during your shift. After working at Center Parcs for six months, you will receive a permanent staff pass
• Additional bonus: if you are available for at least 12 out of 15 designated holiday weeks, you will receive a net annual bonus of €240 to €300. If you work one fixed day per week, you will receive half that amount. The bonus is paid out in October, provided you are still employed at that time
• Hours-based bonus: after completing 300 hours of work, you will receive a €100 bonus

Requirements

• CV in English is mandatory for this vacancy;
• Cleaning experience is mandatory (needs to be shown in the CV);
• You have an eye for detail and are committed to cleaning the accommodations to perfection as a Cleaning Employee.
• You are proactive and see where help is needed, so that guests have a carefree stay.
• You are flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves.
• You communicate clearly and contribute to a positive working atmosphere within our team.
• You want to continue developing yourself and grow in your role within the cleaning industry.
• You speak good to excellent English.
• You can ride a bicycle (mandatory at this park).
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom)

On arrival day, accepted candidates must pay a €50 cash deposit to Center Parcs for the accommodation key. This amount will be refunded upon departure, provided the key is returned.
