Esch Conveyor Components is an ambitious and fast-growing producer and supplier of conveyor rollers, bearing blocks, drums, and accessories. Our products are used across numerous high-quality industries worldwide. With an extensive product portfolio and a strong focus on precision and durability, Esch is among Europe’s top producers of conveyor rollers.

For our machining department, we are looking for an experienced CNC Turner. In this role, you will be responsible for producing medium to large precision components from high-quality materials, working with tight tolerances. You will ensure the final product meets exact specifications and maintain optimal efficiency during production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes
• Selecting the correct tools for machining different materials
• Programming the machine based on technical drawings and specifications
• Performing various operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
• Inspecting finished products using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
• Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of the machines
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions to avoid production downtime

Requirements

• Completed MBO-level technical education
• Proven experience in CNC machining and programming (at least 2 years)
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Experience with Style Teach-in control is a plus
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Working Conditions

• Salary: €550 – €620 net per week (based on 40 hours)
