Our two clients, VDL Konings and VDL MPC, are versatile companies specializing in project management, engineering, prototyping, production, assembly, and installation of machines and industrial installations. They serve multiple industries, including film, foil, foam, fabric, and paper processing, as well as steel, machine building, medical, automotive, construction, and defense markets.

For this specific project both companies are involved in the production of aerospace (military) modules, requiring precision and attention to detail.

As an Assembly Worker, you will be part of a team responsible for assembling high-precision aerospace components. Your tasks will include:

• Working in a small team (2-3 people per workstation).
• Handling aluminum parts for assembly.
• Clicking together (placing) parts with precision.
• Deburring parts to ensure quality.
• Using an air drill to ensure airtight construction.
• Following strict work instructions for assembly.

Key Requirements

• Experience in assembly work (preferably in aerospace, shipbuilding, or precision industries) — at least 2 years.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to focus and work efficiently on repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to take on high responsibility in a technical setting.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Independent, safety-conscious, responsible, accurate, and flexible.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Preferably experience in the metal industry (willingness to learn is valued more).
• This project requires a Proof of Clean Criminal Record, which can be requested in the Netherlands.
