As a Welding Robot Operator, you will work with modern robotic welding systems to produce high-quality metal parts. You are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the welding robot, ensuring smooth and safe production processes.

You will inspect welded products for defects or imperfections and correct them when necessary using manual TIG or MIG/MAG welding. Although you work independently, you are part of a professional and friendly team that supports each other.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating welding robots
• Monitoring the welding process and ensuring quality standards
• Identifying welding defects or imperfections
• Correcting welds manually using TIG or MIG/MAG (if skilled)
• Working according to safety and quality regulations

Working Hours

• Standard day shift: 07:15 – 16:25
• During busy periods, a two-shift system may apply:
  • Shift 1: 07:15 – 16:25
  • Shift 2: 16:25 – 01:35

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience operating welding robots (experience with Yaskawa Motoman is a plus)
• Experience with TIG and/or MIG/MAG welding is an advantage
• Independent, accurate, and safety-conscious work attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• €520 – €650 net per week, paid weekly (based on experience and skills)
