Join the Arvato HealthCare team as a dedicated Warehouse Worker. You will be operating in a highly clean environment, handling vital medical supplies and products used in hospitals and even within the human body. This is a crucial role within a large, stable logistics company, offering steady hours and excellent possibilities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will rotate within the department, focusing on accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced setting:

• Order Picking: Accurately picking orders using a hand scanner (Orderpicken).
• Packing: Preparing and sealing products for outbound shipment.
• Put Away & Refilling: Locating incoming goods and ensuring all stock locations are refilled for order pickers.
• Assembly & Processing: Sorting, sealing, scanning, and controlling products according to specific procedures.
• Internal Transport: Opportunities for training and driving EPT (Electric Pallet Truck).

The base hourly salary for the role is €14.40 per hour with 160 guaranteed hours per 4 weeks from the start. You will work day shifts for the majority of the time (Monday through Friday, between 08:00 – 18:00).

+25% for overtime after 30 minutes (up to 2 hours),

+50% after 2 hours.

Shift Additions

+35% for hours between 06:00-07:00 and 19:00-00:00.

Weekend/Holiday Pay

+50% on Saturday,

+100% on Sunday and official holidays.

Main Requirements

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with tools is mandatory.
• Physical: Physically in good shape for manual tasks.
• Character: Flexible, collegial, and highly reliable.
• Documentation: Must provide a complete 5-year resume for a mandatory background check and a document of no criminal record.
• English Test: A small English test is conducted by the recruitment team.
• Onboarding Presentation: Successful candidates attend an Arvato onboarding presentation in English.
• Final Test: You must pass a final 19-question test to start on the specific Healthcare departments.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
