The client is a small, friendly company based in Noordeloos . The warehouse team consists of just 2 to 4 employees, which creates a highly personal, close-knit, and informal working atmosphere. The company is seeking an experienced warehouse professional who thrives when working independently and enjoys taking real ownership of their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate a reach truck safely to move goods within the warehouse (stock height reaches 6–7 meters).
• Logistics & Shipments: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Stock Management: Place products in correct warehouse locations and maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
• Order Fulfillment: Collect and prepare orders for prompt dispatch.
• Data Entry: Register incoming goods and stock movements digitally using Microsoft Access.

The salary for the role is between €15.26 – €17.70 gross per hour (depending on experience, skills, and age), with day shifts.

You will work alongside a young, motivated, and pleasant team in a small warehouse setting.

While the atmosphere is informal, the company requires someone who knows what they are doing and can operate with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Good English communication skills (minimum B1 level).
• Technical Experience: Proven experience operating a reach truck with high stock heights (6-7m) , plus a solid understanding of warehouse processes.
• Certifications: A valid reach truck certificate is a strong advantage.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and full willingness to log data into Microsoft Access.
• Attitude: A highly responsible, proactive, and independent mindset.
• Accommodation: Willingness to live in a shared room and share common areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
• Partner Flexibility: Readiness to work in separate shifts and departments if you are applying together with a friend or a partner.
