Join one of the leading parcel service providers in the Netherlands. They are looking for motivated individuals to handle logistics in their Rotterdam facility.

Job Role and Tasks:

• Primary Tasks: Loading and unloading trucks with postal packages.
• Logistics Operations: Sorting, scanning, and measuring packages.
• Physical Nature: This work can be physically challenging.
• Growth Opportunities: Depending on client needs, workers may be trained to become specialized scanners or line workers, which may involve different functions and salary levels.

The salary for the role is €15,59 per hour (gross). Working hours are from Monday to Friday on a rotational shift basis:

• Afternoon/Evening: 16:00 – 00:00
• Night/Morning: 00:00 – 08:00

Generous shift bonuses are applied based on the hour:

• 20:00 – 24:00: +8.75%
• 00:00 – 05:00: +11.25%
• 05:00 – 07:00: +8.75%

Travel to work is free of charge. Bicycles will be provided for accommodation that's within 10 km of the work site. Company cars will be provided for distances further than 10 km (drivers with a valid license may be requested to drive). In the latter cases, the company pays for fuel, repairs, and insurance.

Requirements:

• Safety Gear: Steel-nosed safety shoes are mandatory. You may bring your own or the company can provide them.
• Uniform: Working clothes will be provided by the company.
• Insurance: Dutch health insurance is mandatory. The employer can provide coverage for €38/week, or you may provide a copy of your own Dutch insurance card.
• Accommodation:Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
