Are you a skilled Assembly Worker with good technical knowledge and an eye for detail? Would you like to work with modern technologies and high-quality mechanical and electrical components?

For KRUSH Labs, an innovative and fast-growing R&D company in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Technical Assembly Worker to join their production team. The company develops advanced technologies for industries such as aerospace, mobility, communications, and agriculture. In this position, you will assemble and install different technical components, working with lightweight materials such as carbon, mechanical parts, and electronic components. Some tasks involve repetitive, precision-based assembly, while others require flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Assembling and mounting mechanical and technical components.
• Working with lightweight materials, including carbon.
• Performing precise assembly work using various hand tools.
• Following technical instructions and documentation.
• Working with small parts and components that require accuracy and attention to detail.
• Using ERP systems to follow and register production information.
• Checking the quality of assembled components and reporting any defects.
• Supporting different production and assembly activities when needed.

Additional tasks for candidates with electrical experience may include:

• Preparing cables and installing wiring harnesses.
• Soldering and crimping small electrical connectors.
• Connecting electrical components and wiring.
• Testing installed components.
• Working with small cables, contact pins, and precision electrical parts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous recent experience in technical assembly, mechanical assembly, technical production, or a similar technical position.
• Good general technical knowledge, especially in mechanics and/or electronics.
• Experience using hand tools and following technical instructions.
• Experience with electrical assembly, soldering, wiring, or mechatronics is a strong advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately with small components.
• Good fine motor skills and patience when performing precision work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work with ERP systems.
• Flexibility to handle different assembly tasks in a growing production environment.

What We Offer

• Salary: approximately €540 net per week, based on 40 working hours.
• Gross hourly wage of €18.13, including ADV.
• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
• Day shift: 08:00–17:00, with a possible two-shift system in the future.

• Travel allowance of €0.23/km when using your own car, without a maximum distance.
