ELM Groep is a specialist in industrial surface treatment, machine building, and maintenance. Based in Waddinxveen, the company offers high-quality spray painting services such as wet painting and powder coating for metal parts and machines.

With a modern spray booth and a fully equipped workshop, ELM Groep also designs and manufactures custom machines. They provide tailored solutions and offer maintenance and repairs both in the workshop and on-site.

As a Spray Painter at ELM Groep, you are responsible for professionally applying coatings and paint to metal parts and structures. You will use various spraying techniques to achieve a perfect end result. In addition, you will carry out preparatory and finishing tasks to ensure consistent quality.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing materials by sanding, degreasing, masking, and packaging machines
• Applying coatings and paint (wet painting, powder coating) on machines
• Checking coating thickness and quality of spray work
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment
• Working according to safety regulations and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Experience with spraying techniques such as wet painting and powder coating (at least 2 years)
• Knowledge of coatings and paints for metal parts and machines
• Experience preparing materials (sanding, degreasing, masking)
• Skilled in applying spraying techniques to various surfaces and shapes
• Familiar with checking coating thickness and spray quality
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
• Experience maintaining and cleaning spray equipment
• Commitment to safety regulations and quality standards
• Preferably experience in industrial environments and/or spraying machine parts

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €500 – €600 net per week (based on a 40-hour workweek)
