Job Overview & Tasks Description

• Core Duties: Packing sweet and salty snacks, refilling and feeding products into production machines, opening products for further production, performing quality control checks, and stacking products on pallets.
• Environment: Comfortable room-temperature workspace (18°C – 20°C).
• Hygiene & Safety Rules: Strict hygiene standards—no piercings, artificial eyelashes, or artificial nails allowed during working hours. Safety shoes with a steel toe cap are required.

Working Hours & Shifts

Shift Schedule (Monday to Friday): Available across multiple shift times:

• • Early / Morning Shifts: 05:00 – 14:00 or 06:30 – 14:45
  • Late / Afternoon Shifts: 14:00 – 23:00 or 14:45 – 23:30
  • Night Shifts: 23:00 – 05:00 or 23:30 – 06:00

(Note: Night shifts are mandatory; employees work 6 hours but are paid for 8 hours)

Overtime & Surpluses:

• • Saturdays: 150% allowance
  • Overtime above 40 hours weekly: 115% allowance
  • Official state holidays: 200% allowance

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 10 kg.
• Experience: Prior production experience is considered a plus.
• Mindset: Flexible mentality necessary; mandatory training before starting work.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
