Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Order Picking: Utilize a handheld digital scanner to quickly locate and gather items for outgoing e-commerce orders.
• Streamlined Processing: Contribute directly to fast, efficient, and error-free order fulfillment to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Independent Teamwork: Work autonomously to manage your assigned picking zones while maintaining excellent coordination with the wider warehouse team.
• Workspace Upkeep: Keep your work environment clean, safe, and organized in accordance with standard warehouse guidelines.

The salary for the role is a competitive wage of €14.71 gross per hour with consistent shift patterns. Employees work Work Sunday through Thursday from 15:00 to 01:00—leaving your Fridays and Saturdays completely free.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a similar order picking or warehouse fulfillment role.
• Language Skills: Good conversational skills in either English or Dutch to understand system prompts and team instructions.
• Mobility: A valid Driving License is required.
• Attributes: High energy, an eye for detail, and a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
