Are you an experienced MIG/MAG Welder / Fitter who can read technical drawings and assemble metal constructions? We are looking for skilled welders to join a company specializing in the production of custom-made industrial containers in the Netherlands. The company manufactures containers in different sizes and designs, based on specific customer requirements and technical specifications.

As a MIG/MAG Welder / Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding complete container structures from individual metal components. You will work from technical drawings and cooperate with other experienced welders and fitters to produce high-quality finished products.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both welding and metal assembly work.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing MIG/MAG welding on metal components and container constructions.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Fitting and assembling metal parts according to technical specifications.
• Building complete industrial container structures from individual components.
• Performing final welding to complete container constructions.
• Checking welds and assembled components for quality, accuracy, and strength.
• Working together with other welders and fitters on customized projects.
• Following welding safety procedures and correctly using protective equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a MIG/MAG welder.
• Experience with metal fitting and assembly work.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good welding skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing demanding welding and assembly tasks.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and correct use of PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
