We are looking for a motivated Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join Pacton Trailers, a leading Dutch manufacturer of high-quality trailers. You will operate a modern Bystronic laser cutting machine, producing precision-cut metal components that are used in the assembly of custom-built trailers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern production environment with long-term career prospects.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Bystronic laser cutting machine
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Monitor the cutting process and ensure efficient production
• Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Resolve minor machine faults and production deviations
• Keep your workplace clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience operating a laser cutting machine (Bystronic experience is an advantage)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Technical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in a metalworking or manufacturing environment
• Reliable and quality-focused attitude
