We are looking for motivated candidates interested in long-term employment (minimum 26 weeks) to join the logistics team at the client's warehouse containing IKEA furniture and interior furnishing products.

Core Responsibilities:

• Picking orders using a handheld scanner.
• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).
• Packing products securely for shipment.

Work is structured around a 2- or 3-shift system, or a single-shift system specifically for the kitchen department:

• 1st Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 – 14:00
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Saturday, 14:00 – 23:15
• 3rd Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
• Kitchen Department: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 (single-shift system)

Break Policy: Each shift includes two 20-minute coffee breaks and one 30-minute lunch break (all breaks are unpaid).

The total saraly rate is €16.19 gross per hour (base rate + at least 8% holiday allowance calculated on basic working hours).

Shift & Overtime Allowances:

• • Fixed allowance for a two-shift system: +8.75%
  • Fixed allowance for a three-shift system: +13.75%
  • Monday to Friday (hours above 40 hours): +30%
  • Saturday: +50%
  • Sunday: All hours worked at +100%

Holiday Entitlement: Minimum 20 days per year, calculated proportionally based on the period worked in accordance with the client's applicable CAO.

Salary advances are not available. The first weekly salary payment is transferred at the end of the second week of work (or credited at the beginning of the third week depending on the bank account).

Requirements

• Background Check: A Certificate of Good Conduct / Certificate of No Criminal Record is required
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics is preferred.
• Flexibility & Commitment: Willingness to work shifts and commit to long-term employment for a minimum of 26 weeks. (All new employees must remain available to work during the Christmas and Easter periods).
• Work Security: In the event that a particular employer cannot provide sufficient hours, employees will be transferred to another workplace.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share the accommodation with others and willing to work in different shifts with partner
