Gebr-RMF B.V. is a growing landscaping and green maintenance company founded in 2018. The company provides green maintenance, landscaping, and tree management services for municipalities, businesses, schools, water authorities, and housing associations.

Job Tasks

• Brush cutting along roadsides and green areas
• Weed removal (manual or thermal treatment)
• Planting and maintaining municipal green spaces
• General landscaping and green maintenance work
• Other outdoor maintenance activities

Each workday starts at the company location in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, from where you travel with your colleague to the work site.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 08:00–17:00
• Full-time

Salary

• Base wage: €14.71 gross/hour
• ADV allowance: €0.95 gross/hour
• Total: €15.66 gross/hour

Allowances

• 30% (weekends/overtime): €20.08 gross/hour
• 50% (weekends/overtime): €23.03 gross/hour
• 200% (public holidays): €30.38 gross/hour

Requirements

• Experience in green maintenance or landscaping is preferred
• Basic Polish language skills are sufficient
• Willingness to stay long-term
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
