For one of the largest elevator companies in the world, we are looking for an experienced Elevator Fitter to join their installation and service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install components in elevator shafts
• Install guides and doors
• Assemble lift motors and electrical components
• Perform installation, final assembly, and mounting of doors, cabins, and counterweights
• Assist with inspections and resolve minor malfunctions during construction
• Carry out preventive maintenance and service visits
• Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, aiming for first-time fixes
• Perform minor repairs to ensure proper functioning of installations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in elevator installation or servicing
• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering
• Safety-oriented and committed professional
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable using digital and electronic tools
• VCA certification (required)
• NEN-3140 (optional)

Employment Details

• Salary: €20 – €25 gross per hour, approx. net weekly salary: €700 – €800
• Working period: Long-term (6+ months)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
