For our client ENERPAC, we are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join the machining and product development team. In this role, you will work on large and complex components, including prototypes and final products, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines
• Perform milling operations on complex parts
• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs
• Support prototype design and manufacturing processes
• Maintain machines and equipment
• Identify and report technical issues proactively
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements

• Completed technical education (e.g. Machining Technology or similar)
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a CNC Miller
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• VCA basic safety certificate is a plus
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and organization
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Employment conditions

• Net salary: €560–€660 per week based on 40 hours
• Approx. €1 per hour reserved and paid out during leave or at the end of employment
• Accommodation provided (private bedroom)
• Travel to work is at employee’s own expense, with €0.23/km reimbursement when using a private car, or a company car may be provided
• Protective boots and tools are provided
