Our client is a modern and innovative metalworking company with a strong focus on precision machining and automation. The company operates a high-quality, modern machine park and continuously invests in smart production methods, automation, and unmanned machining solutions. The working environment is professional, clean, and team-oriented.

As a CNC Miller, you will be part of the machining department and work closely with four colleagues. You will operate a modern machine park that includes 5-axis machining centers and CNC machining centers by Hartford.

Your responsibilities include:

• Independently performing milling operations using advanced CNC machines
• Determining the correct machining sequence and clamping method based on work assignments
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Operating, loading, and unloading CNC machines
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring consistent quality
• Solving minor malfunctions and performing basic maintenance
• Contributing to automation and unmanned production processes
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Job Requirements

For this position, you should have:

• Proven work experience as a CNC milling machine operator – at least 5 years
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
