Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility is to accurately select, collect, and prepare product orders for designated sticker production lines. Your daily tasks include:

• Receiving daily production line assignments and reviewing order picking sheets.
• Locating products, identifying precise item locations, and gathering required quantities as specified on picking lists.
• Transporting fully collected orders directly to assigned production lines efficiently.
• Maintaining strict attention to detail and high accuracy within a fast-paced environment.

Employees in this role work in a 2-shift rotating system.

• • Early Shift: 07:00 – 15:00
  • Late Shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Schedule Flexibility: Individual departments have varying start/end times based on daily production volume. While start times are fixed, end times may vary, with potential shifts running up to 12 hours per day.

Breaks: 3 scheduled breaks throughout the shift.

In addition to the base wage, additional percentage surcharges apply for hours worked after 21:00 and on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Candidate Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repeated lifting of weights between 10 kg and 15 kg.
• Hygiene & Safety Protocols: Strict policy forbidding jewelry, piercings, or long nails due to safety and product standards.
• Safety Gear: Safety shoes are mandatory. Warm protective clothing is provided for working in +3°C temperatures.
• Work Ethic: Strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and adaptability to flexible daily shift completion times.
• Partner and Accommodation: Willing to work in different shifts with partner and willing to share room with other tenants.
