The client is a specialized service provider operating within the events, exhibitions, and trade fair sector, delivering professional installation and logistics support across the Netherlands. The company manages setup and maintenance operations to ensure large-scale commercial gatherings and exhibitions run seamlessly from start to finish.

Job Overview

• Core Tasks: Laying and removing carpet tiles at exhibitions, trade fairs, and events at various locations throughout the Netherlands.
• Warehouse Duties: On days with less event work, you may be scheduled to clean carpet tiles at the warehouse in Hoeven.
• Travel Logistics: Normally, you travel first to Hoeven and then head to the work location with the client. Alternatively, a team of 3 may occasionally travel directly from the accommodation.

The job consists of irregular and flexible working hours depending on event planning, which may require very early departures or weekend work (including Sundays). The minimum workload is 37.5 hours per week, with options for overtime.

One-way travel distance to work is within 7 km.

Requirements

• Mindset: The company is looking for people who can work independently but can also thrive in a team setting.
• Physical Demands: This is physical work involving a lot of bending and working in bent positions, so candidates must be physically fit and in good condition.
• Experience & License: No prior experience is required, but a driver's license is needed (an own car is not required).
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room with other tenants and willing to work in different shift with partner.
