Our client is a reliable logistics company specializing in national refrigerated (Frigo) transport within the Netherlands. They offer stable, long-term employment for experienced Category C drivers who prefer day shifts and weekly planning rather than system work.

As a C cat. Truck Driver (Frigo), you will be responsible for delivering refrigerated goods across the Netherlands. Your work will involve loading and unloading, handling delivery documentation, and ensuring all goods are delivered safely and on time.

You will typically start your shift between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, working Monday to Friday, making around 8–10 stops per day, and working 8–10 hours daily.

Before starting regular work, you will receive a 3-day training to familiarize yourself with procedures and routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• National distribution of refrigerated goods
• Loading and unloading the truck
• Performing basic checks and maintaining vehicle condition
• Handling delivery documentation
• Coordinating with the planning team for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Category C Frigo driver
• Valid Category C driving license, Code 95, and digital tachograph card
• Own transport (car) to commute to/from the base in Oss
• Good physical condition and reliable work ethic

Job Details

• Workdays: Monday – Friday
• Start time: Between 4:00 – 7:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly net pay:
  • €600–650 (with company accommodation)
  • €700–750 (with private accommodation)
• Gross hourly wage: €16.25 – €18.28 (depending on experience)
• Weekly working hours: 40–50
• Overtime pay:
  • +30% for hours above 40 (Mon–Fri)
  • +50% on Saturdays
  • +100% on Sundays
• Night hours (21:00–05:00): +19% extra pay
• “Coffee money”: €0.80 net/hour for drivers spending over 4 hours outside the base
