We are looking for experienced Assembly Workers to join a company in Lopik that manufactures vehicle body components and cargo box systems for commercial vehicles used in transport, logistics, delivery, and distribution.

This is a varied position for someone with practical production or assembly experience who can work independently, use different tools and machinery, and easily adapt to different production tasks and departments.

We are looking for someone who already understands how a production environment works and can quickly become independent in the job. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for your own work and delivering consistent quality throughout the production process.

Your responsibilities:

• Carrying out various production and assembly activities
• Assembling vehicle body components, boxes, structures, and other parts
• Working independently according to work orders and instructions
• Operating different machinery, equipment, and hand tools
• Working according to production targets and established takt times
• Supporting different production processes and departments when required
• Checking finished components and products for quality and defects
• Supporting less experienced colleagues when necessary

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous recent experience in technical production, assembly, manufacturing, carpentry, or a similar technical environment
• Stable working history
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production machinery
• Practical and technically minded
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining good quality
• Own car is preferred
• Flexible and willing to perform different production tasks
