We are looking for experienced 2-person teams of Aluminum Window Fitters to join our growing company. This position is ideal for an existing team or two candidates who prefer working together. At least one team member must speak English, while the second team member does not need English skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation and mounting of aluminum window frames and curtain wall systems
• Reading and following technical drawings (at least one team member must be able to do this confidently)
• Precise fitting using hand and power tools
• Working efficiently as a team to complete installations safely and on time

Requirements

• Team of 2 fitters (already formed or willing to work as a pair)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with aluminum window frames and curtain wall systems
• Ability to read and work according to technical drawings (only one team member required)
• At least one candidate must speak English (B1 level or higher)
• Own car is a significant advantage
