Are you an experienced Welder / Fitter who enjoys working with metal constructions and mechanical components? We are looking for a skilled professional to join a company specializing in truck body construction, steel fabrication, and customized metal solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling metal components for truck bodies. You will initially focus on welding and fabrication, but over time, you will also become involved in installing mechanical and hydraulic components onto truck chassis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied technical work and wants to develop additional mechanical assembly skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Welding and assembling steel structures and metal components for truck bodies.
• Manufacturing and fitting custom-made metal parts.
• Working with sheet metal and different welding techniques.
• Fitting and welding components onto truck chassis.
• Installing hydraulic cylinders, control valves, and other mechanical parts.
• Performing mechanical assembly work (connecting hydraulic systems is not required).
• Assisting with truck body modifications, repairs, and modernization projects.
• Ensuring accurate fitting, strong welds, and high-quality workmanship.
• Working independently and together with colleagues to complete projects.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous recent experience as a Welder / Fitter, preferably in steel construction or metal fabrication.
• Good technical understanding and practical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform mechanical assembly tasks in addition to welding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate, practical, and solution-oriented working attitude.
• Experience with hydraulic systems is an advantage, but not required.
