Our client operates one of the largest and most modern warehouses in the region, covering 83,000 m². The site handles a wide range of value-added logistics activities for major fashion brands, cosmetics companies, and footwear labels such as New Balance.

Frist work in Venlo for 4 weeks and afterwards continue at DSV Maastricht. Accomodation will remain the same.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Employee, you’ll be part of a dynamic warehouse team where automation meets hands-on work. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Packing clothing, cosmetics, handbags, footwear, and other products
• Kitting, repacking, relabelling, order picking, and product assembly
• Handling returns with care and efficiency
• Using automated systems such as pick-by-light and automatic packing lines
• Performing physical tasks, including lifting packages up to approximately 10 kg

The starter salary for this role for people without experience is €14.40/hour. However, with experience this changes:

• 1 year experience – €14.47/hour.
• 2 years of experience – €14.54/hour,
• 3–4 years experience – €14.62/hour
• 5 years experience – €14.69/hour

With reachtruck/heftruck licence, the salary also changes:

• Less than 1 year experience – €14.56/hour
• 1 year experience – €14.63/hour
• 2 years experience – €14.70/hour
• 3–4 years experience – €14.77/hour
• 5 years experience – €14.85/hour

Work takes place in two shifts (day shift 06:00 – 15:00, afternoon shift 15:00 – 24:00). In addition to this, drivers will receive an additional €2.50 daily allowance.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• A clean criminal record from the home country (within 6 weeks of start work)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Availability for shift work
• Driving licence is a plus (especially for candidates living farther away)
• Reach Truck/heftruck licence is an advantage
